Peering & delegation

Add a peer by pasting the bundle they printed on join. Remove one with the × on its chip. Rotating your key re-issues your identity — re-share your descriptor afterwards so peers accept you. Changes restart the agent (memory preserved).
Announce publishes your public bundle to the broker's open roster; Discover collects peers' announcements. Pinning is trust-on-first-use — anyone who can reach the broker can announce, so verify fingerprints out-of-band if the broker isn't trusted. A known id re-announced with different keys is refused (rotate + re-share, or remove first).
